Welcome to a place where gentle rolling green hills, three rail white fences and equestrian trails exist just minutes from the hustle of the city. My name is Lisa Gutman and I moved to Hidden Hills over 15 years ago. I was looking for a horse friendly community in which to raise a family. What I discovered was a lifestyle that is beyond compare. The beauty of Hidden Hills alone is enough to bring you to your knees but the warmth of the community is what makes this place special. In one sense it is like having a giant extended family living nearby, yet if privacy is what you crave, it is granted. Hidden Hills offers so many ways in which to meet your neighbors, starting with the annual welcoming party for new residents. There is also the two-day annual fiesta parade and carnival, which brings out most of the city. There are numerous ongoing groups such as, horsemen’s group, theatre group, tennis association, daddy & me, mommy & me, gardening club, book club, yoga and exercise mornings and a complete summer program for adults and children. If you enjoy horseback riding, hiking or just strolling with the kids and dogs down the block, the trails and streets are scenic and safe. The community also offers a guard gated/patrolled environment, community center, pool, tennis courts, three community riding rings, miles of bridle trails and a community park for the kids.

The schools are ranked top notch as noted by the amount of families forgoing private schools to have their children in the Las Virgenes school district. The elementary school rests just outside the back gate to Hidden Hills, avoiding those long morning commutes. The shopping and entertainment are superb with restaurants galore and the "Commons" shopping center just minutes away in Calabasas.
